Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Scope and Order Shipping
ArtsGarden offers delivery across nearly all regions in India for its range of handicrafts, canvases, brushes, and paints. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays). This 48-hour window applies exclusively to products in our direct inventory (studio-made handicrafts, core canvas/brush/paint SKUs). For items sourced from partner artisans or third-party suppliers, shipping times may vary based on their production/processing cycles.
2. Shipping Costs
Your order’s shipping cost is determined by:
- Delivery location(postal code-specific rates).
- Selected shipping method(standard/express where available).
- Total weight and dimensionsof items (heavier or bulkier items—e.g., large stretched canvases, multi-pack brush sets, or liquid paint bottles—may incur higher fees).
To view shipping costs per product: Enter your postal code on the product detail page. The total shipping fee for your order is the sum of individual item fees and will be displayed in your cart and again at checkout.
3. Refund of Shipping Costs
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable in cases of order cancellation, return, or exchange, regardless of the reason.
4. Convenience Fees
ArtsGarden reserves the right to adjust convenience fees (applied to select orders) at any time without prior notice.
5. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary by location and item type:
- Major Urban Centers(served by leading couriers): 4–5 business days post-shipment (business days exclude Saturdays and national holidays).
- Heavy/Bulky Items(e.g., oversized canvases, bulk paint sets, or fragile handicrafts requiring special packaging): Add 2–3 additional business days.
- Remote Areas(not covered by premium couriers): Shipped via India Post; delivery may take 2–3 weeks, depending on local postal efficiency.
Note on Tentative Dates: The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is provisional. It may update after shipment due to logistical factors. Once dispatched, the revised timeline and real-time tracking will be available under “My Account” → “Order Details.”
6. Responsibility for Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors (extreme weather, transportation disruptions, or courier backlogs). ArtsGarden is not liable for such delays. However, if:
- Delivery exceeds the updated estimate by a significant margin, or
- The shipment becomes untraceable for an extended period,
we may, at our discretion, cancel the order and refund the product amount (excluding shipping fees) to your ArtsGarden wallet.
7. Modification of Shipping Address
You may request an address change only if:
- The order status is “Confirmed” or “Pending,” and
- No items have been shipped yet.
If the new address results in higher fees/taxes compared to the original, we reserve the right to reject the request.
8. Transparent Pricing (No Hidden Fees)
The final price at checkout includes all mandatory charges: product cost, GST, city-specific taxes (if applicable), and shipping fees. No additional payments are required post-order.
9. International Shipping
Currently, ArtsGarden ships only within India. We do not offer international delivery.
10. Package Tracking
After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Courier partner name.
- Unique tracking ID.
If you don’t receive this email within 24 hours:
- Check your spam/junk folder (our emails may be filtered here).
- Allow up to 24 hours for the courier to scan and activate the tracking link.
11. Undeliverable Packages
Our partners will attempt delivery up to three times (consecutive business days) before returning the package to our warehouse. To avoid delays:
- Provide a valid mobile number(critical for coordination).
- Ensure the address is complete (include building number, street name, and landmark).
