Return Cancellation policy

1. Return Eligibility When Replacement/Exchange Is Not Available

If your ArtsGarden product (including handicrafts, canvases, brushes, or paints) cannot be replaced or exchanged post-delivery due to reasons such as unavailability of stock, inability to retrieve the item, or other operational constraints, you may initiate a return within the specified return window after delivery.

2. Product Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, you must:

  • Return the product in its original, undamaged packaging—including all accompanying components (e.g., brush holders, palette knives, instruction leaflets for canvases, or protective wraps for delicate handicrafts).
  • Ensure proper packaging to prevent transit damage, especially for fragile items (e.g., glass paint bottles, wooden carvings, or stretched canvases).

Critical Note: If you accidentally hand over a non-ArtsGarden item or an incorrect product to our authorized logistics partner in India, ArtsGarden shall not assume liability for loss, damage, or theft of such items during transit or thereafter.

3. On-Site Quality Control Check During Pickup

Prior to processing your return/replacement/exchange, our delivery partner will conduct an on-site quality inspection to verify:

  • The product bears the ArtsGarden brand identity(logo/tag).
  • The product’s variant (e.g., “Bohemian Mandala” canvas, “Silk Bristle Set #8” brushes), color (if applicable), and size (for canvases/frames) matches your original order.
  • All packaging components are complete (e.g., no missing inner boxes for multi-piece handicraft sets).
  • The original packaging is intact, resalable, and free from tears, stains, or excessive wear.
  • No parts are missing (e.g., all brushes in a set, accessories for a sculpture).

If the product fails these checks, your request may be paused. You may resubmit a new request within the return period, provided it remains valid.

4. Processing of Replacement/Exchange and Refund

  • Once your returned product passes quality checks at ArtsGarden’s quality control facility in India, we will ship your replacement/exchange item to your registered address.
  • If a return is validated (per Section 1), refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

5. Shipping Fee for Refusal of Delivery

  • A fixed shipping fee of ₹50will apply if you:
  • Refuse delivery of your original order (containing eligible ArtSgarden items).
  • Refuse acceptance of a dispatched replacement/exchange item.
    This fee covers logistics costs and will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

6. Application of Coupons and Discounts for Returned Orders

  • Returned Items: If you return all/some items from a coupon/discount-driven order, the coupon/discount will be voided for that order. The discount value will not be included in your refund.
  • Replacements/Exchanges: The same coupon/discount applies to your replacement/exchange order, provided it remains within the offer’s validity period.

7. Return/Replacement/Exchange for In-Store Self-Service Purchases

  • Products bought via self-service terminals at authorized ArtSgarden retail stores in Indiacan only be returned at the same store. Online returns/exchanges are not available for in-store purchases.
  • Currently, replacements/exchanges are exclusive to online purchases(website, app, or partner e-commerce platforms). In-store purchases are eligible for returns only, subject to the store’s return policy.

8. Terms for Orders with Free Gifts

  • If you return a product linked to a free gift(e.g., a small sketchbook with a canvas purchase), the free gift may be cancelled—even if you later withdraw the return request—if the gift hasn’t been dispatched or is in transit.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)is not available for orders including free gifts.
  • No refunds/replacements/exchangeswill be issued for damaged/missing free gifts, regardless of the main product’s status.
